Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary leadership team at the College, and across Dartington Hall Trust, you will lead and coordinate the creation and implementation of an innovative and distinctive fundraising campaign. You’ll find creative and credible ways to tell Schumacher’s story and you will have the integrity and passion to engage and develop meaningful relationships with a broad range of grant-giving organisations and individual philanthropists.

You will play a critical role enhancing the College’s place in the vanguard of radical learning worldwide that nourishes the individual in service to society and a life-enriching world. Through your leadership of a significant capital fundraising campaign you will underpin the growth of the College campus at Dartington as a living classroom. You will complement this with a development fundraising campaign to further animate this living classroom and grow our programmes and collaborations with partners and alumni locally and worldwide.

In return, we offer you the chance to join the College and Dartington at a time of great strategic change and the opportunity to play your part in our exciting journey, in the knowledge that your involvement in our success will have a tangible impact on improving people’s lives and their relationships to the natural world.

To apply for this post please send your CV or completed application form to recruitment@dartington.org along with a Supporting Statement outlining the reason for your interest in the role and Dartington, and what you believe you could bring to the role. This is a key element of the decision making process so please take the time to put together the Supporting Statement as without it your application is likely to be at a disadvantage.
