Dr Tracey Warr

Head of Dartington Learning Programmes and Research

Tracey is an art historian and writer. Her recent publications include The Midden (Garret, 2018) on art and ecology, and Remote Performances in Nature and Architecture (Routledge, 2015). Her historical fiction set in early medieval Europe is published by Exeter-based Impress Books. Her future fiction is published by Meanda Books.

She was awarded a 2015 Literature Wales Bursary for her work on Conquest trilogy, which is set in 12th century Wales, England and Normandy. Her previous academic posts include Programme Lead, Fine Art at Oxford Brookes University; MA Creative Arts Course Leader and Arts Management Programme Lead at Dartington College of Arts; MFA Public Art Guest Professor at Bauhaus University in Weimar. tracey.warr@dartington.org
