Andy Middleton
Andy Middleton is an adventurer and eco-entrepreneur. He’s worked as a gold miner, lifeboat crew, adventure guide, organisational development consultant and business director. Inspired by environmental justice and a passion for change, he founded TYF in 1986 and has started a handful of eco businesses since then. Andy brings practical solutions to complex issues and is currently developing 2030 Vision, a one generation change, ‘triple top line plan’ for Wales that connects small steps and long term vision for government, business and NGOs. Andy is a Council Member of Countryside Council for Wales, and a Board Member of Cynnal Cymru-Sustain Wales. He lives with his family on the coast in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, where he is building an eco house near the surf.
