• Complete the coracles

Day 2 – Planning and Heritage – Robert Somerville, Simon Fairlie, Simon Cronk and John Fiske

• Legal requirements
• Renewable on Listed Buildings
• Tour of Dartington Hall

Day 3 – Building Regulations – Robert Somerville, Adam Dadeby and Jon Hollely

• The basics
• Other Regulatory bodies
• Site visit to a plastic-free new building

Day 4 – Self-build – Robert Somerville, Adam & Erica Dadeby, and Paul & Ivanah Barclay

• Cob new-build
• Passivhaus refurbishment
• Renewables
• Site visit

Day 5 – Community-build – Robert Somerville, Pam McDonald and Zav Bowden

• Transition Town Totnes new homes project
• Site visit
• Launch the coracles

Course Fees

Standard fee: £425.00 per module.

Book all seven modules and get one module free. Full course cost: £2550

PLEASE NOTE: Non-residential (4 nights, lunches included) – Course costs do not include accommodation and evening meals.
