Leadership for Sustainability

Some businesses and organisations are an inspiration, responding creatively and dynamically to critical issues including climate change, resource depletion and the changing expectations on business and enterprise. They prove that across the business functions a sustainable approach can increase resilience, improve practice, cut costs, create new marketing opportunities and add value to your stakeholder engagement.

Leadership Seminars

Short Courses

The following courses from our Short Course Programme are especially relevant for business leaders and those in a position to effect change in commercial organisations and enterprises. They require a greater commitment than our seminars (ranging from one to three weeks) but provide the opportunities to investigate sustainability more deeply and plan for the future. They will enable you to develop your own strategies and explore both the practical approaches and philosophy needed to successfully implement organisational and cultural change.
