This pioneering programme encompasses a focussed training in ecological, organizational and personal constellations and the interconnections between them.

It introduces us experientially and theoretically to the principles and practices that underpin the application of constellations to ecological, organisational and personal contexts.

It supports us to renew body and soul by interweaving laughter and singing, connection with the land and diving into the depths of the constellations method.

Ecological, social and organizational systems generate both visible and invisible dynamics. The invisible dynamics are often difficult to spot and explore and can create all sorts of blocks and entanglements.

Constellations are unique in their capacity to explore both the visible and the invisible dimensions – thus unlocking creative potential and fresh possibilities in situations which previously seemed stuck or hopeless.

We learn how to use constellations to explore and transform key ecological, leadership and personal challenges such as:

It is especially appropriate for those who are working with change and transformation processes in ecological, organisational and personal contexts. The course offers a sytemic lens on our professional and personal practice and increases our awareness of how the personal, organizational and ecological are interdependent.

We will be constellating and learning to constellate throughout the training and so there will be many oportunities for exploration of personal and organizational issues as well as ecological dilemmas.
