At a time when there is so much talk of sustainability being “mainstreamed” into business, we started to question whether the whole aim of widespread human and non-human flourishing has started to be appropriated into business-as-usual narratives. Whether sustainability issues were becoming subsumed underneath the basic assumptions of business, growth and the uneven distribution of financial wealth across our planet.
This workshop will work at the very edges of the stories we tell ourselves about the world we have, the world we want and how we are influencing others to materialise this world.
Participants will learn and improve on their own storytelling skills, gain a deeper understanding of how Narrative Leadership is such an important skill and awareness for our times and understand better the underlying assumptions, metaphors and grand narratives which are shaping our future. Participants will become more confident in their own stories and more critical of the stories which are no longer serving them.
We are excited about offering the workshop so that we can explore this very live issue in depth together with participants and gain new insights into the stories we tell and “the higher stories that help our souls fly up towards the light”…
