Short Courses at Schumacher

Courses range from 4 days across a long weekend to 3 weeks. The College aims to provide courses to suit a range of interests and availability. Information in the following pages will give you an introduction to the courses and help you make the decision about which course or courses are best for you.

The course programme allows exploration of sustainability through a range of complex areas of transdisciplinary study ranging from business issues, art and design to food policies and climate change. The College promotes a unified residential education encouraging participants to acquire new knowledge, learn through doing and engage with this process through all aspects of life. Exceptional and expert teachers lead classroom sessions.
